Baronne – Hôtel Salomon de Rothschild

To Adèle
The space casts its spell from the moment you step in. A dream unfolds.
Like light refracted through a prism, the salons pay homage to a radiant past and memories softened by time.

A beauty that lingers. Layered, unhurried, nuanced. Deep greens, moody blues, gilded Flemish leather, rich tones, Italian-inspired painting, golden dust brushed across velvet: every detail invites you in, weaving a quiet sense of wonder into the space.

Restoring life to this historic landmark, magnificently designed by Adèle de Rothschild in 1870… The walnut wood paneling of the Rothschild Salon from 1878. The 18th-century Aubusson tapestries. Indulge in a summer stroll through the garden paths, in a rendez-vous at the bar, in the slow life of the winter garden. And fight the urge to stay forever in these upholstered rooms, hidden by its drawn curtains.

Once the stage for Adèle’s grand and lively soirées, the Salon is now Baronne: a restaurant that balances its festive nature and a sense of intimacy with effortless grace.
